• Choose the staked option if the tent may be secured to the site by driving three-foot-long steel stakes into the ground near each tent leg. Stakes can be driven into grass, gravel, dirt, sand, and even asphalt(additional fee applies for stakes in asphalt). Stakes cannot be driven into concrete, patio pavers, or wherever there may be underground infrastructure like gas, electric, water, communication, and sprinkler lines. Some venues do not allow stakes to be driven as a matter of policy. For safety, when using stakes to anchor a tent, the site must be inspected and marked for underground utilities. A reservation must be made with enough lead time to allow the inspection to be scheduled(minimum 3 business days; sometimes more).
• Choose the weighted option if stakes cannot be driven into the ground to secure the tent to the site or if a site inspection is not able to be performed prior to setup.
• Set-up and take-down labor are included in this price. Additional labor fees may apply if the delivery truck cannot park at the setup site and items must be carried.
